Wonder why people look so happy when their mugshot is taken? 

lol I would rather look pretty than to have swollen eyes and snotty nose from crying! (which is how mine would probably look) 

Well,only saw one person I know on there.What as shame too. 

Didn't know anyone on there, thank goodness! Probably half of them are high and don't know what's happening. And probably a bunch of them know the system and figure they're going to be able to beat it and get away either scott free or with little if any jail time.
