First of all there is a two year wait list for the gov't daycare fund and I am actually going back to school after my next surgery which is n 2 weeks.....So again find another way to make me look like the bad person ROB! 

Fifty and Fit....yeah the fathers is absent and of course doesnt pay child support and of course is getting away with it bc I have been fighting for it forever....so again thats another system that is completely fu*ked...but thank you for understanding bc alot of people assume things about me bc I am getting help right now but I have to do it to pretty much stay alive and that is the most important thing bc my daughter needs me. 

I do not mean for it to sound like I am dumping on you, because I am not. I believe everyone needs help sometimes, and I am not against helping people. I do, however, believe that one should do all they can to not be in that position. It sounds like you are trying to get things going in a positive direction, and I applaud that. Just at times you do come across as someone that makes it seem the system as wronged you in some way, when it hasn't. With that said, there are MANY people that once they get on the government tit, they never have any intentions of letting it go. These are the people that we end up funding health care for that makes it cost so much for everyone else. (Though it's not the sole reason for the high cost) 

vamp Be encouraged - Dont know your child, or all that you've been walking thru health wise, but got a quick glance from your input. Cant speak for all, but personally, I received help when I needed it, and when I no longer did, it was part of my history. No shame in it AT ALL. Only you and God know your heart, your desires and your drive. So keep on stepping, knowing that the help we get, when we need it, we deserve it, cause that's why its there in the first place. In everything there is abuse. Can't shoulder blame for that, just accept the help and keep on stepping til you can help another.

Let me find the information on a free lawyer clinic that will be here in Wilmington, I believe this weekend. It will be done in the form of a phone bank set up to ask lawyers questions. On Cinema Drive there is a Child Support Enforcement office. It is on the left if you are coming from Kerr Ave. I think you may want to make an appointment. You may have already gone this route, I am unsure. Sadly, parents can skip out on paying the full amount of what they should be paying and when taken to court only have to pay a fraction of what is owed. It is ridiculous and the price paid for this is stress on the custodial parent and the children as well. The custodial parent tries to make ends meet and can only do so much. It is not as if he she/he can take on another job since they have to be there for the child(ren). Add to that the material needs of the child. If the custodial parent cannot afford to buy something the child needs then the child has to go without. That can be something that is material such as school items to dental work or medical care. What is needed to help society out as well as the custodial parent is something enforceable wherein parents cannot skip on paying their due share. I have actually been considering a "Deadbeat Parent" web site that would list parents that are delinquent in support payments. Google can pick up a name and it gets cached on a site. It would be highly embarrassing to have a group of co-workers look at you and say, "dude (or 'girl' in the case of it being a woman)what is up with you? You aren't supporting your kids? Huh? WHAT??? Loser!" I would love to start a site like that but then I would have to be concerned that someone would come back and sue somehow. After all this is litigation happy America. Vamp, in the case of your child's father, I say we get a cattle prod and zap him in the badoobies.

Vamp has been FIGHTING for child support for quite some time. The "father" (and I use the word VERY losely) has gotten away without paying for over almost a year!! I have been with her in her fight. We keep getting told that the father can't be served for court so there is nothing that can be done. He has been in town, but his family has lied for him saying he was in OHIO!! we SAW him!!! He was even so bold as to ride through our neighborhood!!! WHY??? Why do deadbeat fathers get away with it?!?!?! Here is what I dont get....if he WERE trying to pay, they would find him quicker and take care of things. But because he is NOT, they just wipe their hands??? Vamp is NOT a case where she just laid down with some random dude!! This was a mna she was gonna marry!! A man she saw her life with! She LOVED him and he loved her. She had to chose better for her daughter and did!!!! He chose the WRONG path. So.....why should this beautiful super smart little girl suffer through health problems because her mother needs help? I would rahter see taxes help pay for people who are in her shoes. who do have health issues that SHE did not cause than to see the money go to ppl who spit out kids left and right and not even take care of them. I would rather see citizens of our country recieve help than ppl jumping the boarder and getting free health care!

I don't mind giving people a HAND UP, but I resent giving people a HAND OUT and there's a big difference. There has to be a way to track him down - if he's working, Social Security should be getting deducted from a paycheck and they should know where he is. Then he should have his wages attached so the money will go through Social Services to Vamp.

What??---just because he lives in another state? well..they SAID they can;t find him. She told him the address to find him at. The last time we were in court, we were told that the case was being DROPPED!! All because HE hasnt come to the door!! We asked why he couldnt be served. Comes down to....all someone has to do is answer the door and tell the cops that you are not there. then...you can't be served!! I saw him with my own eyes!!! WE saw him in the back yard of his house!!! BUT...just to let ya'll know...we aren;t stalkers!!! we really were in the neighborhood for a different reason!! lol We just happened to have to pass his house!! Why not look that way???
